FROM LAGUNA BEACH / SAN DIEGO: Coming from South Orange County, head north on Pacific Coast Highway toward Newport Beach. Continue on West Coast Highway, passing Riverside Avenue, and veer right onto Newport Boulevard (the road will curve up and around). Continue on Newport Boulevard, passing Via Lido, Finley Avenue and 32nd Street. Make an immediate left on 31st Street. Cotton is located on the left hand side, behind Rudy’s and Bear Flag Fish Company. Complimentary parking is available in front of the building, in addition to metered parking along 31st Street.

FROM 55 FWY / LOS ANGELES: Take the 55 freeway south toward Newport Beach until the freeway ends. Continue on Newport Boulevard, passing Via Lido, Finley Avenue and 32nd Street.
